High Expansion Ratio Foam Silicone

Food-grade foam silicone rubber (F883) suitable for manual or equipment operation.

High expansion ratio foam silicone is a two-component material. During operation, mix components A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio, and it will rapidly foam and cure within minutes. After foaming, it becomes a soft, elastic state with strong weather resistance and easy operation. Foam silicone can be applied in automotive fields, ** fields, precision products, mannequin filling, cushions, mattresses, bra pads, etc.

Features of High Expansion Ratio Foam Silicone:

1. Easy to operate, suitable for manual or machine use;

2. Can foam and cure naturally at room temperature or be rapidly cured with heating;

3. Fast foaming speed and high expansion ratio;

4. Soft and resilient after curing, with excellent hand feel;

6. Temperature resistance from -40°C to 220°C, flame retardancy rating 94V-0;

Operation of High Expansion Ratio Foam Silicone:

First, stir components A and B of the foam silicone separately to prevent material sedimentation from long-term storage, which may cause insufficient foaming. Then mix and stir them uniformly in a 1:1 weight ratio in an operation container. Note: an electronic scale must be used! After preparation, proceed with pouring and filling.

Note: If operating manually, it is recommended to complete ratio mixing and pouring within 2 minutes to prevent overly rapid reaction from affecting the foaming and curing effect.

Attention: The material is non-hazardous for transportation. It should be stored in a dry and cool place. Avoid contact with condensation-type silicone during operation, as it may cause curing agent poisoning and result in non-curing of the silicone. Also avoid mixing or contact with water, impurities, organic tin catalysts, acids, alkalis, sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen, and other organic substances during operation.
